Justin serves as the director of the Youth Ministry program at Flagler College in St. Augustine, FL and has been involved in youth ministry since 1998. He is graduate of Princeton Theological Seminary earning a Masters of Divinity as well as a Masters of Arts in Youth Ministry. He also attained a Masters of Arts in Theology from Fuller Theological Seminary. Having spent 12 years working for Young Life, and serving locally in his church, Justin brings a broad base of experience across different types of youth ministry to include urban, multicultural, suburban, special needs, and college ministries. His passion is teaching and mentoring youth ministers. He and his wife Bethany live in St. Augustine, FL with their 4 children and love spending time on the beach.

Kindred Youth Ministry - ZachZach Gurick

Director of Operations

Zach started in youth ministry in 2001 and has developed ministries for middle school, high school, and college aged students in cities throughout the state of Florida. He is passionate about developing young leaders, building teams, cultivating community, and forming authentic, life-long friendships with students. He loves to study theology, leadership development, and is especially interested in spiritual formation. Zach currently oversees 19 staff that serve in youth ministry throughout Southwest Florida. He is a devoted husband, and father of three young children. He and his family love outdoor adventures and being on the water.

Director of Media & Ministry

Barry Hill is the President and Founder of Bright Salt Media Labs. For more than a decade Barry has been partnering with churches, ministries and organizations to build digital communication strategies, tell better stories and nurture their communities. Barry has worked as a Youth Pastor for nearly two decades, has his bachelor’s degree from Eastern University in Youth Ministry, and his Master of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary.
